It is always appropriate that Academic Excellence be recognized. Holy Cross High School strives to instill those entrusted to our care a desire for knowledge and learning. Students inducted into the Oronoque Chapter of the National Honor Society have exemplified scholarship, leadership, character and service.

What it means to be a member?

Membership in the National Honor Society is both an honor and a responsibility. As part of this prestigious organization, students are expected to uphold the four pillars of NHS—Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character—in all areas of your academics and involvement in extracurricular activities. Active membership is essential, which includes attending scheduled meetings, participating in NHS-sponsored events and service projects, and contributing to the creation and improvement of existing initiatives. By doing so, members not only strengthen our chapter but also make a lasting impact on our school and community.
