Tuition & Financial Aid
A Holy Cross High School education is an investment in your student’s future.
We realize that this involves a sacrifice for our families. Through the generosity of alumni and benefactors, every year we are able to provide over $1,000,000 in financial aid and scholarships. Our goal is to make attending Holy Cross a reality for as many students as possible.
Holy Cross provides both merit and need based financial assistance.

Holy Cross offers a variety of payment options to accommodate many family budgets, including annual, semi-annual, or twelve month plans and enables families to pay via mail, web, phone, or electronic bill pay. Also, several different methods of payment, such as paper check, electronic check, debit card and wire transfer are accepted. Online access to student accounts is also available.
At the time a student enrolls, a non-refundable registration payment of $500 is paid directly to the school and the parent/guardian responsible for tuition enrolls in a suitable payment plan.
Merit Scholarships for Incoming Freshmen
Holy Cross is committed to rewarding high achieving students for their efforts and accomplishments. Any student who applies under the Early Action deadline (November 15) will be offered the opportunity to apply for a merit scholarship. Merit scholarship applications include an essay to be completed at Holy Cross High School. Further information, including the dates that students will be invited to complete the essay, will be available at the end of October.
In addition, Holy Cross will offer a number of scholarships for students who meet certain criteria. Scholarship awards will be offered to students who have a sibling attending Holy Cross, who are the child of an alumnus of Holy Cross, and who attend a Catholic middle school.
Financial Aid for Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students
In keeping with our mission, Holy Cross is committed to assisting families in making attending our school a reality for as many students as possible. Priority consideration for financial aid will be given to students who apply by the November 15 Early Action deadline.
Holy Cross uses the FACTS application to determine a family’s financial need. Families should complete the FACTS by December 1 (for students applying under the Early Action deadline) to receive priority consideration for financial aid. Students who have a completed FACTS application submitted by the deadline will receive a financial aid award with their offer of admission. Financial aid awards are guaranteed and renewed each year.
Scholarship Opportunities for Enrolled Students
Each winter, Holy Cross distributes the Underclassmen Scholarship Booklet which includes numerous opportunities for current students to apply for scholarships. These will be awarded to defer the cost for the following year’s tuition. These scholarships are funded by alumni and friends of Holy Cross High School.
