Arts on Oronoke Highlights Student, Faculty, and Alumni Creativity
May 2nd, 2026
Holy Cross High School’s annual art show, Arts on Oronoke, celebrated creative works by students, faculty, and alumni. The event offered an opportunity to reconnect members of the Holy Cross artistic community and bring together alumni, faculty, and current students through their shared passion for the arts.
Each year, the exhibition showcases the talent of the Holy Cross family, and for the past two years, monetary prizes have been awarded to recognize outstanding and exceptional artwork. Students received awards for their efforts. Award winners included:

- Virginia Akide-Ndunge '26, second place winner of the Friends of Wyatt art contest
- Victoria Rosado '26, third place winner of the Friends of Wyatt art contest

- Erin Barry '26 first place winner of the Janet L. Maher Award for Excellence in Art prize
- Victoria Rosado '26, second place winner of the Janet L. Maher Award for Excellence in Art prize

Special thanks were also given to Wayne Levandoski, Matt Flash, and Patricia Culbert for helping present awards for the Friends of Wyatt contest, which featured truly inspiring entries. The event showcased many talented attendees and an impressive collection of artwork.
